While browsing Japanese bead sites, I caught mention of the "ビーズグランプリ", or "Beads Grand Prix".
Intrigued, I looked for the official site.

Wow! That is some seriously awesome beadwork! I agree - especially this year's grand prize winner and also the 2007 bag - they are AMAZING!
ReplyDeleteAren't they?! The dragon is stunning, but I *need* that bag. The delicate hemp-leaf geometric design in the background sets off the sakura so well.
